Tucked away in a narrow alley in the old town of Kaleici, Mehmet has been serving dishes based on his grandmother's recipes since 1987. No tourist menu with pictures, no 12-language menu - but the best manti in the province of Antalya and an aubergine imam bayildi that melts in the mouth. Its location in Hesapci Sokak makes it the perfect stop after a stroll through the old harbour or before sunset on the cliffs.
