Dalyan
Turtles, Mud & Ancient Magic
The Region in 60 Seconds
Dalyan understanding
Dalyan is pure deceleration. A sleepy river village where boats glide leisurely through reed labyrinths, Lycian rock tombs tower above the water, and endangered Caretta caretta turtles nest on the legendary Iztuzu Beach. Add healing mud baths, the ancient city of Kaunos, and a tranquility rarely found in Turkey. Here clocks tick slower – and that's a good thing.
